I love crisp silhouettes and using texture to create interest through shadow and depth, and I’m often inspired by wedding dress designers like Vera Wang and Suzanne Neville. The “pièce de resistance” for me is a timeless white on white cake – refined and elegant with a little feminine twist.
Working with couples in the consultation phase to create their dream cake (whether it’s with stencils to mimic wedding dress lace details or a more subtle two tone textured cake to match the ambience of a rustic, intimate wedding) is the highlight of my working week.
